1. INFORMATION FOR USERS
Conservas Cusumano S.A., hereinafter the CONTROLLER, is responsible for processing the User’s personal data and informs the User that such data will be handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The following information regarding the processing is provided:
Purpose of the processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The operations envisaged to carry out this processing are:
- Sending commercial and promotional communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allow for commercial communications. These communications will be sent by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In such cases, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conducting statistical studies.
- Processing orders, requests, or any type of enquiry made by the User through any of the available contact methods.
- Sending the website newsletter.
Data retention criteria: personal data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing. Once it is no longer necessary for this purpose, the data will be securely deleted using appropriate measures to ensure either pseudonymisation or complete destruction.
Data sharing: personal data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
User rights:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (agpd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or in download forms, Users expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary in order for the provider to handle their request, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes thereto.
The CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees Users that their personal data will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances, and that whenever any kind of transfer of personal data is to take place, the prior, informed, and unequivocal consent of the Users will always be requested. All data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the User. If you do not provide all the required data, we cannot guarantee that the information and services will completely match your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER complies with all the requirements of the GDPR regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly adheres to the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR. Accordingly, data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational policies have been implemented in order to apply the security measures established by the GDPR, with the aim of protecting the rights and freedoms of Users, and that they have been provided with the appropriate information to enable them to exercise those rights.
